Eric Osking, M.S., is a Certified Indoor Environmental Consultant (CIEC), a member of the Indoor Air Quality Association, a Florida Licensed Home Inspector, a Certified Mold Inspector and Assessor, a Certified Wind and Hurricane Mitigation Inspector, licensed with the Florida Department of Finance as a Public Insurance Adjuster, and is the owner of
Advanced Building Assessment, Inc.

Eric and his staff have been serving the residential and commercial building evaluation needs of his clients for over 20 years. After receiving an M.S. (Master of Science) degree from the University of South Florida in 1987, Eric has worked continuously with South Florida real property. 

Prior to working as a Public Insurance Adjuster, Eric worked for several of the larger insurance companies as a company adjuster.

His prior work experience and knowledge of construction materials and techniques, coupled with a strong background in the sciences, makes him uniquely qualified to assist property owners in the resolution of residential and commercial property insurance claim issues.
